Via Vite Restaurant has a tradition that is Brunch on Mother's Day Sunday.
You will enjoy a Buffet that includes: Freshly baked pastries, caesar salad house made dressing and croutons, shrimp cocktail tower, fresh fruit salad, scrambled eggs, butchers cut bacon, roasted potatoes, penne bolognese, hand made crispy gnocchi with four cheese fondue & black truffle, french toast with berries compote and real maple syrup, Italian sausage and bean ragout, shrimp and grits. CARVING STATION : Roasted strip steak, smoked salmon with fresh herb dressing DESSERT: Tiramisu , vanilla risotto w/honey and pistachio, fresh fruit.
